Hall hours:
- Tuesday, April 12
- Exhibit hall open hours to delegates: 9:30 am to 4:15 pm
- Set up - vendors will choose one of three options: Monday 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, or Tuesday 7:00 am to 9:00 am
- Tear down - can begin at 4:15 pm
- Delegate/Vendor social: 4:15 pm to 5:15 pm
Both fee:
- $300 - current IPRA member
- $325 - non IPRA member
- $110 - each additional booth
- $110 - not for profit
- $50 - standard electrical drop
- Free - WiFi
Both basics:
- Size - 10' X 10'
- Pipe and drape
- 8' table
- Chair (2)
- Non-carpeted
- Wastebasket
- Note - if heavier amp electrical, carpet, etc. is desired, please contact The RiverCenter at 563-326-8500
- Booth space is assigned based upon the following factors: 1) level of conference sponsorship, 2) current IPRA membership, 3) receipt of payment.
